Terms of Use
Welcome to "Constitution of India: Updated" ("App"), developed and published by Courtbook. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. What the App Offers
The App provides comprehensive, free access to the unabridged text of the Constitution of India (all 395 Articles, 22 Parts, and 12 Schedules) and a side-by-side transition comparison of repealed colonial statutes to the new criminal enactments (e.g., IPC → BNS, CrPC → BNSS, Indian Evidence Act → BSA).
The underlying statutory and constitutional legal texts are public-domain government publications made available for educational reference. The App's software code, user interface design, editorial organization, audio narrations, search indexing, and original comparative commentary are our property or licensed to us.

All billing, recurring charges, and processing are handled exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Subscription management, renewal preferences, and cancellations are administered directly through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. For full details on cancellation and store refund policies, please consult our Refund Policy.
